Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the rooms, although a bit dated, were cozy and functional. However, there could be more information provided about the facilities. Overall, a great spot for a holiday in Cairns, with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel room exceeded our expectations, offering a quiet space with a fantastic view from the balcony. However, the noise from the street and lack of soundproofing were noticeable downsides. The room's location at the end of a long corridor provided privacy but also meant a longer walk. Service was excellent, with a friendly and accommodating staff. The location was superb, right across from the Lagoon and surrounded by convenient amenities. Dining options nearby were varied, but a lack of on-site breakfast services was a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were decent but not exceptional considering the price; however, they were clean, of a good size, and had all the basics I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my 5-night stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic, right on the esplanade with easy access to everything, although the bed was a bit too hard for my liking. The dining options were limited, with only a cafe downstairs available, but the service was kind and helpful when needed.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic, providing all the amenities I needed without any issues. However, being directly above the bar playing loud music until midnight was a bit of a drawback. The service was top-notch, with the staff being super helpful and friendly. The location was superb, close to everything in Cairns with amazing views from the room. The dining options were good, but having more variety would have been even better.
The hotel had a nice location central to various restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and clean, but there was no daily cleaning service over the weekend. The staff were exceptional, accommodating our needs and providing excellent service. The hotel's location was perfect, close to many eateries with a fantastic view of the esplanade. The dining experience lacked variety, but the facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious, but had some maintenance issues like drooping cupboard doors and poorly patched walls. I had to bring my own disinfectant for a comfortable stay. The price of $250 per night seemed a bit high for the room condition.
The hotel is in a prime location, right across from the Esplanade and lagoon, perfect for swimming with the kids and exploring great dining options like the night markets. The rooms, though spacious and airconditioned, faced noisy surroundings that affected the overall stay. Service was warm and accommodating, assisting with special parking arrangements, but there were limitations for internet access. The dining options were basic but satisfactory. Overall, the hotel provides a convenient base for travel in the region, despite some room cleanliness issues and noise concerns.
